GCP Privacy Policy

Please read the following privacy policy to understand how your personal information will be used and treated. We do not collect personally identifiable information from you unless you provide to us knowingly and voluntarily. If you sign up for our mailing list, make a donation or charitable contribution, or purchase tickets through our website, for example, we may collect your email address, name, address, telephone number, and credit card information.

Personal Information Privacy

Great Circle Productions, Inc. will take all appropriate steps to keep your personal information confidential. Personal information is defined as your name, street address, email address, billing information, credit card number and expiration date and any other personally identifying information you may provide. Those steps include limiting access to client information databases and communicating this policy statement to all GCP employees. GCP will not sell, rent or give away your personal information to other companies for them to use in selling others’ products or services. We may communicate with you via email or other online delivery devices only if you agree to receive those communications.

Correcting or Updating Personal Information and Opting Out

If your personal information changes we will correct, update, or remove any data you have provided us. You may change your personal information at any time by sending GCP an email at info@greatcircleproductions.org. If you believe they are receiving our communications in error or no longer want to receive them, you may choose to opt out of receiving such communications by sending us a Please Remove email to info@greatcircleproductions.org.

Financial Information

GCP may use your financial information, including your billing information and credit card number, when you make a contribution to GCP. By making a contribution through our Web site, you consent to our providing your financial information to our secure service provider, and to such third parties as we determine are necessary to process your transactions. Third parties receiving your financial information may include credit card companies and banking institutions used to process the transaction. By submitting your financial information, you are deemed to have authorized such third parties to use such financial information in accordance with our contractual arrangements with them, and in accordance with their own privacy policies, over which we have no control.

Security: Credit Card Information

GCP currently uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to safeguard your information, including your credit card number, during online transactions. You can tell you are using the Secure Socket Layer encryption when a gold or blue padlock appears in the corner of your browser. In the unlikely event that we ever do suspect your credit card number has been intercepted, we will immediately notify you. If you’re not comfortable sending your credit card information online, please call our office at 212-724-9755 to speak to a representative.
